Golos 84 - Tак так

I woke up with a coin flip mind,
Pocket full of maybe,
No map in sight.
My coffee burned, my shoelace snapped,
Still I smiled at that little collapse.
I saw a bird on a parking sign,
Like it knew a joke I couldn’t find.
So I spun that thought in my
Back pocket, let it clatter,
Let it drop, let it rocket.
If it lands on me,
If it skips, i’m still grinning.
One small spark, one weird line,
Then the whole day starts to shine.
Random topic, yeah.

Anything, yeah.
Random topic, like the flip flap.
Make a little song out of it.
Random topic,
Roll the dice, one wild
Feel nice.
Random topic, take me there.
Random topic, take me there.

Anything.
I pick a name from the corner store,
Bold red letters on a screen door score.
I pick a bag and a plastic chair,
A dog with a bone
And a sun on a west stair.
Every tiny thing starts to glow,
When I let my brain go where it goes.
No grand plan, no perfect plot,
Just the charm of the maybe what.
If it lands on me,
If it skips, i’m still grinning.
One small spark, one weird line,
Weird line,
Then the whole day starts to shine.
Random topic, take me there.

Anything, yeah.
Random topic, like the flip flap.
Make a little song out of it.
Random topic,
Roll the dice, one wild
Feel nice.
Random topic, take me there.
Random topic, take me there.

Random.
Give me a spoon,
Give, give me a train.
Give me a cloud with a crooked name.
Give me a shout from the next
Porch light, and I’ll
Turn it into tonight.
Oh, I’ll turn it into tonight.
I’ll turn it into tonight.
Random topic, take me there.
Anything, yeah.
Random topic, like the flip flap.
Make a little song out of it.
Random topic, roll the dice,
One wild feel nice.
Random topic, take me there.
Random topic, take me there.
